West Michigan's Most Influential Quality Professionals

On October 17 the Student Branch of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) at Ferris State University in Grand Rapids, MI will sponsor the following event. This event will feature "West Michigan's Most Influential Quality Professional" as they discuss contemporary issues in quality. Questions for the participants were developed by my MGMT 370 Quality/Operations Management students.
